You will receive an official acknowledgment letter from us for your records. (Note: Sponsors should consult their tax advisor for specific guidance on their situation.)

Yes. After your sponsorship is processed, we will send you a receipt/acknowledgment letter that includes our tax-exempt status, our EIN, and any benefits you received based on your sponsorship level. This helps you with record keeping and tax reporting.

For businesses participating at the Student Shirt Sponsor ($2,500) level, logos must be submitted by August 2026 to be included on the 2026-2027 student shirts.
